Job Description

Stone Tree Group deliver a full cycle of work with property on the United Arab Emirates markets:
- Five PM Real Estate - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai;
- Stone Tree Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
- ST Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.
- Managing the onboarding department;
- Supervising and training the team;
- Rewiew and forecast risks, make decisions.
- Behaviour "there is a problem - there is a solution";
- Control of tasks: maintenance of apartments, budget, communication with owners, interaction with deportations;
- Table analysis;
- Connection of a communal apartment, maintenance, interaction with cleaning department.
- Fluency in English and Russian languages.
- At least Bachelor degree in management, business administration or relevant field;
- 2 years of experience in similar position;
- Understanding of finance, analitycs, statistics, auditing.
- Similar experience in Dubai will be an advatage;
