We are looking for a Deputy QHSE Manager for the Middle East Region (around 270 employees). Reporting to the Zone QHSE Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the business, driving QHSE standards across the region and leading a team of QHSE professionals by providing guidance and support across the region. We are looking for an effective communicator, comfortable with QHSE concepts and programs, and a relationship builder in a cross-cultural working environment, both internally and externally, with a good understanding of the construction business interests in the Middle East region.
You will be hired with a local employment contract.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills :

• 12+ years QHSE experience, preferably in construction;
• Appropriate professional certification, such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent;
• In-depth knowledge of QHSE Management and legal requirements across the Middle East; (Gulf region, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, etc.);
• Lead/Senior Investigator and Lead Auditor qualifications;
• Ability to frequently travel across the Middle East;
• Fluency in English;
• Arabic language is advantage;
• Regional experience is advantage..
