Job Description
Acting QA/QC Manager in implementing, managing, and maintaining the project's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all works comply with client requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the QA/QC Manager in developing and executing the project-specific Quality Plan. Supervise QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers to ensure consistent quality monitoring across all trades. Review and approve project quality procedures, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements. Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits. Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality issues and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) closure. Monitor material approvals, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance. Prepare regular QA/QC performance and compliance reports for management. Ensure calibration and certification of testing and measuring equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum10-15 years
experience in building construction (villa & building projects). Minimum5 years
in a senior QA/QC role in the UAE. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.Job Type: Full-time
