JOB TITLE: Engineering Coordinator Electrical- Instrumentation-Telecom - Offshore Windfarm Projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handling Electrical, Instrument and Telecommunication (ElT) design & procurement interface activities of large offshore windfarm platforms in the role Interface Co-Ordinator.

• Develop, implement and maintain all EIT interface registers, reports. interface management methods, systems and procedures with client, subcontractors, partners etc for use by EIT functions, contracting parties and stakeholders. Devise own work methods and working practices independently within the framework of established policies and guidelines in order achieve project objectives where necessary.
• Planning, coordinating, and controlling EIT interfaces with Client, Sub contractors, Partners, Vendor & Internal procurement & engineering- EIT team.
• Propose and recommend appropriate solution as necessary to maintain schedule and responsible for ensuring that teams, or parties, are meeting working deadlines set forth through the interface management system.
• Coordination & arranging design inputs from external parties within time.
• Coordination with Procurement department for EIT .
• Interface coordination among all team members in Large Scale Automation & networking e.g. DCS/ESD/F&G HVAC, Fire alarm etc control system, Cyber security, in guiding the interface co-ordination among all team members and front ending with client /partners/ 3rd parties.
• Interface & Ensuring Consistency Management across various stakeholders for Automation/Telecom system engineering & delivery.
• Interface coordination among all team members in Large scale Telecom/communication engineering system and guiding the interface co-ordination among all team members and front ending with client /partners/3rd parties.
• Interface coordination among all team members in Large scale Electrical engineering system and guiding the interface co-ordination among all team members and front ending with client /partners/3rd parties.
• Ensuring timely and mature design inputs from vendors/stakeholder for first time right engineering deliverables including layout.
• Extensive Traveling and or Deputation as and when required to client /HVAC partner / Vendor locations for interface/ consistency management activities.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the EIT Interface Coordinators with regard to interface management plans, processes, progress updates.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Bachelor\'s or Masters Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation and Telecommunication engineering with greater than 20 years of related industry experience with minimum of 1O years of experience within Offshore industry working for EPCI Contractors.

- Work experience in European Projects will be advantageous.

- Expertise in handling Multidisciplinary, Multicultural Team members located at various geographical region. Be exposed to different cultures, backgrounds and environments.

- Expertise in interfacing with all internal functions in the organization including Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning having a 360 degree approach in engineering delivery.

- Proven ability to apply sound judgment and analytical skills due to the complex and diversified nature of the position.

- Attend to and resolve conflicts, challenges and problems related to a large multi-cultural and multi-discipline technical workforce

- Having core competency to supervise Interface Management during - Concept ,Basic and Detailed design activities.
