Masterminds, Dubai’s leading early learning center, is recruiting for a Deputy Manager with leadership experience in a lower primary or early years setting. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, open-minded and growth oriented. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to come up the learning curve rapidly and develop into an independent school leader.

Essential Requirements
  • Native-Level English Speaker
  • At least 8 years’ experience working with young children, either in an early years’ setting, or in the early years or lower primary section within a school, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience working with different curriculums would be a plus
  • Highly structured and organized
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Open mindedness to learning Masterminds’ pioneering teaching methodologies and approaches
  • Comfortable being involved in a broad range of academic, operational and commercial aspects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ambitious and growth oriented
  • Flexibility and creative thinking
  • Persona should reflect the premium nature of the Masterminds brand
  • Team working, flexibility and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role


Compensation Structure

  • Competitive (tax-free) base salary and housing allowance (defined by slotting based on duration and quality of experience)
