About the job:



Manage end-to-end operations of the designated Visa application Center at WTC in Abu Dhabi by ensuring quality, cost savings, compliance, and optimal staff performance. Oversee the implementation of new process rollouts and changes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage all day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the designated Center, including managing application processing, cash handling, guiding center staff, and backfilling them as and when required. Oversee team management and welfare, ensuring timely resolution of queries, conducting regular training sessions for personal and professional development, and addressing escalations effectively. Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational compliance with VFS Global principles, policies, and procedures relevant to the role. Conduct regular audits, implement process rollouts or changes, and monitor internal errors to ensure operational efficiency and reduce penalties. Enhance customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients/customers (e.g., service providers) and implementing innovative strategies to improve productivity, profitability, and cost-effectiveness. Liaise with internal stakeholders (Accounts, Admin, Legal, IT, etc.) to implement business requirements and ensure the timely completion of all processes within mandated timelines. Manage the delivery of Value-Added Services (VAS) and achieve business targets, ensuring Center productivity, physical and data security, and succession planning. Promote sustainable practices by adhering to the organisation's environmental, health, and safety policies. Execute special assignments and projects as directed by the reporting manager. Minimum Requirements:



Education: Graduate or equivalent Degree in any discipline.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience preferably in government transaction center or the Travel and Tourism or Hospitality or similar industry in a team leader or supervisory role. Preferably in handling Golden Visas. Fluency in English and Arabic preferably.
