Responsibilities



Assist in recruitment and selection process Manage employee relations and conflict resolution Oversee performance management and employee development programs Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulations Handle HR administration tasks such as payroll and benefits administration

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Proven experience in HR roles Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
