The ideal candidate
- Bachelor Degree in Education or Degree with PGCE in Secondary Education
- Master Degree in Educational Leadership or similar
- Experience in the British Curriculum
- Previous experience as head of Secondary & strong leadership skills
- Proven experience in attracting, retaining, and developing teaching talent
