Job Summary
American Gulf School has had a hugely successful first year so far, and we will be expanding with more classes offering the same excellent standard of education that our parents have come to expect. American Gulf School is seeking to appoint a highly inspirational, motivated, and dynamic Deputy Head of Middle School. This role will play a key position in the school's leadership team.
The ideal candidates will have the following
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and effectively manage a team of young and dynamic educators
- Strong ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff
- A Creative and innovative thinker
- Hard-working, dedicated and committed to the school to ensure Academic Excellence
Requirements
- Education Required: Bachelor
- Minimum Teaching Experience:3 years of teaching experience
- Major: Leadership
- Teaching Credential/License
- IB Experience
- Fluent English speaker, or IELTS 8 and above
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree would be preferred
- Proven excellent track record
