About the Role:

Children's House Montessori is seeking a qualified and experienced

Deputy Manager / Arabic Teacher

to join our leadership team. This unique role combines teaching Arabic with supporting curriculum development and contributing to the overall management of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations and health & safety standards. Deliver high-quality Arabic lessons tailored to early years learners, integrating Montessori principles where appropriate. Collaborate on curriculum development and ensure alignment with EYFS and Montessori frameworks. Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings. Represent the nursery in community events and promote a welcoming, inclusive environment. Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and electronic documentation. Contribute to planning and execution of special events, camps, and enrichment activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Education or a related field (Required). Minimum

2 years of experience

teaching Arabic in an early years setting. Experience in a leadership role within an early years setting. Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and

EYFS framework

. Excellent communication skills and proficient written English and Arabic. Experience in electronic record keeping. Leadership qualities, collaborative team spirit, and a positive attitude.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday,

07:30 AM - 4:00 PM
