[What the role is]Lead a team at IMDA that safeguards the security and resilience of SingaporeaEUR(TM)s digital infrastructure.

[What you will be working on] Lead a team of technical professionals to shape policies, programmes and security and resilience outcomes for the info-comm and media sector Apply advanced technical/cybersecurity expertise: to problem solve proactively identify and remediate risks develop regulations, standards and frameworks for critical digital infrastructure drive innovation in threat detection and response Conduct operations: RA, VA, PT, TH in collaboration with operators, partners and stakeholders; Coordinate with threat intelligence teams to enhance detection and response Support incident response efforts, as necessary Develop capabilities: of IMDA officers and partners in cybersecurity for digital infrastructure, focusing on telco/5G, cloud for a start Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity ecosystem, including government agencies, industry partners, and international organizations

[What we are looking for] Background in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields Minimum 12-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant exposure to emerging technologies Expert-level experience in threat hunting, threat intelligence, and incident response in domains such as security and 5G security Certification in advanced threat hunting, incident response, or digital forensics (e.g., SANS GDAT, GCFA, or equivalent) preferred Proven track record in developing and implementing threat detection strategies and cybersecurity policies and frameworks Leadership at least 5 years of supervisory experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
