Deputy Boutique Manager

How will you make an impact? As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will actively participate to the success of the flagship boutique with your strong experience in all retail functions; client, sales and operations. You will enhance performance of the boutique by supporting the Boutique Manager and Deputies to ensure client satisfaction at all times, sales targets are achieved, team management, operation efficiency & compliance is upheld throughout the boutique.
How will you experience success with us? Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic, French, Chinese or Russian is a plus. You have previous experience in luxury retail with a minimum of 5 years leading a team, and a true passion and curioisty for the world of luxury. Your have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong proactivity and curiosity to improve performance and efficiency. You have strong leadership ability & comfortable animate a large team and develop the skillset of your team.
