Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Deployment / Cybersecurity Engineer with a strong background in deploying and configuring Palo Alto Networks (Firewalls & XDR) and Darktrace solutions (Email & NDR). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in deploying, integrating, and optimizing security technologies for our clients across various environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and optimize Palo Alto Firewalls and Cortex XDR across customer environments.
• Implement and tune Darktrace Email Security and Network Detection & Response (NDR) solutions.
• Conduct pre-deployment assessments, create deployment plans, and manage rollouts.
• Collaborate with client IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration and effective protection.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide technical support during and after deployment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, deployment processes, and client interactions.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and new product features.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity deployments.
• Proven expertise in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Cortex XDR.
• Hands-on experience with Darktrace Email Security and Darktrace NDR.
• Vendor certifications in Palo Alto and Darktrace (e.g., PCNSA/PCNSE, Darktrace Analyst Certification).
• Strong understanding of network security, threat detection, and incident response principles.
• Experience in client-facing roles and technical presentations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications (e.g., CCNP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
• Experience working with SIEMs or other security tool integrations.
