Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and margin goals.
• Monitor daily store operations and ensure all activities align with annual operating plan objectives.
• Oversee merchandising, display standards, and accurate price labeling across all product categories.
• Ensure price changes are correctly reflected and executed promptly.
• Manage the department as an independent profit center by controlling both sales and expenditures.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely floor replenishment and product availability.
• Implement measures to minimize stock shrinkage and conduct periodic physical inventory counts.
• Review planograms, ensure display functionality, and maintain visual merchandising consistency.
• Track and analyze conversion rates at department and individual levels.
• Handle escalated customer complaints, returns, and delivery-related issues professionally.
• Collaborate with customer service and logistics to resolve stock transfers, replacements, and returns.
• Monitor stock levels for promotions and report shortages to the Area Manager.
• Conduct training sessions and succession planning for team members to build internal capabilities.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards among store staff.
• Ensure adherence to company checklists, discount policies, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with staff to review performance and provide feedback.
• Submit reports on productivity, staffing, and leave management on time.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; certification in Retail Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail electronics with at least 1 year in team leadership.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations.
• Proven skills in sales management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
