Execute the sales strategy within the Store
Work as per daily plan and achieve the pre-decided sales targets
Work towards maximizing the stock turns
Ensure maximum up-selling and cross selling
Close coordination with respective Buyers
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and serve the customers within the customer service guidelines at EMAX & Assist the customers in their buying process and maximize the conversion.
Provide technical product information and demonstration which help them make informed purchases and support in doing configuration of the buying unit
Assist the customers with the billing and other related formalities in case of specific requirements and provide inputs to the ASM /SM regarding improvement in customer service.
Facilitate a pleasant and hassle-free experience for customers and resolve customer complaints effectively within the specified SOPs & Provide customer service overview in weekly meeting
Raise replenishment triggers to Buyers and ensure optimum product availability in the Store at all times
Manage shelf space to drive efficiency and achieve targeted sales
Support the VM team to ensure that merchandise is stacked on shelves as per the VM guidelines while ensuring maximum utilisation of the available space
Adhere to the corporate guidelines (SOPs) to achieve efficiency
Follow all standard operating procedures for activities such as customer returns, exchange, price discounts etc.
Execute the sales promotion activities and campaigns in coordination with Store Manager
Qualifications
Graduate Degree in any feild
5 years of relavent experience in retail sales
Good Communication Skill.
