Job Description

Overview

Assist the Chief Architect throughout all stages of hotel and catering facility projects.

Create architectural and interior design concepts that meet brand guidelines and functional needs.

Prepare and update technical drawings and project documentation.

Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.

Ensure designs comply with current laws, regulations, and standards for tourism facilities.

Participate in site visits and support on-ground project coordination.

Review cost estimates and supplier offers to ensure alignment with the approved project budget.

Job Requirements

University degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design or related practice.

Experience or strong interest in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality project design is considered an advantage.

Good coordination and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
