Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused

Lead Dentist / Medical Director

to oversee clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care at our dental and aesthetic clinic in Al Barsha, Dubai. This dual role combines hands-on dental treatment with leadership responsibilities, ensuring compliance with DHA regulations and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:

Provide general and advanced dental care, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments. Oversee complex cases and ensure treatment planning aligns with best practices. Ensure high standards of infection control and hygiene protocols across all clinical areas. Mentor and support dental practitioners, hygienists, and nurses in clinical techniques and patient care.

Leadership & Management:

Serve as the clinical lead and representative of the medical team in management discussions. Supervise all licensed healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and administrative teams to support the clinic's growth and reputation. Monitor clinical KPIs (patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, compliance audits) and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Regulatory & Compliance:

Ensure full compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensing, regulations, and documentation requirements. Oversee patient consent, medical record-keeping, and incident reporting in accordance with UAE laws. Support DHA inspection readiness and act as the point of contact for health authority matters.

Requirements:

Dental Degree (BDS/DDS/DMD)

from a recognized institution. Valid

DHA License or Eligibility Letter

as a General Dentist or Specialist Dentist. Minimum

7-10 years of clinical experience

, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of local healthcare regulations and clinical governance practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.
