Assist dentists during dental examinations and procedures.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment notes.
Provide chairside support to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient experience.
Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified).
Educate patients on oral hygiene, pre- and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.
Handle dental materials, including mixing and preparing compounds.
Uphold infection control protocols following clinic standards and regulatory guidelines.
Support routine administrative tasks when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Certification in Dental Nursing or equivalent.
Valid registration/license (e.g., DHA/MOH/DOH - if in UAE).
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
Preferred Experience:
1-2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse (freshers may be considered depending on clinic).
Experience in general dentistry, orthodontics, or cosmetic dentistry is an advantage.
