Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in dental practice

License Requirement: Must be HDA-approved (Health Department of Dubai)

Languages Preferred: English (mandatory), Arabic or Russian (a plus)

Key Responsibilities



Prepare patients and treatment areas for dental procedures, ensuring comfort and reassurance. Sterilize and manage dental instruments and inventory with strict adherence to hygiene protocols. Assist the dentist chairside, anticipating needs and responding promptly. Maintain a sterile and organized environment by disinfecting equipment and treatment rooms. Record accurate patient dental histories and update treatment charts. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and address their concerns with warmth. Foster a collaborative, respectful atmosphere with dentists and fellow staff. Communicate with patients in a calm, confident, and friendly manner to ease anxiety and build trust.

Qualifications



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Dental Nursing or related field. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a dental clinic. Must be HDA-approved and eligible to practice in Dubai. Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally empathetic and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Familiarity with infection control protocols and inventory management.
