JOB SUMMARY:

Smile Link Dental Laboratory, one of the leading laboratories in the United Arab Emirates, opens a vacancy for a highly-skilled and accurate DENTAL LABORATORY MANAGER to join its fast-growing team in achieving the company's goal in providing top-notch customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have minimum 10+ years of experience as a Dental Technician Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in managing a laboratory or at least a department in a laboratory. Graduate as a Dental Technician or any related courses but not mandatory. Licensed dental technician with DOH is an advantage Knowledge of dental materials and prosthetics
Experience in a dental laboratory setting

Literate in using MS-Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in laboratory procedures and safety protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee the daily activities of the laboratory technicians, ensuring that all procedures are executed properly and efficiently. Provide trainings and mentoring of laboratory personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Take part in the selection and recruitment of applicants for the assigned departments. Propose, develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to optimize performance and ensure safety, effectivity, smooth flow of operations and return of investments. Ensure timely delivery of dental products to clients Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure accurate and reliable results and ensure the quality and accuracy of dental prosthetics and appliances Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and materials Evaluate productivity, efficiency and accuracy of the staff within the assigned department. Create reports and analysis for the department achievements and new targets. Coordinate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs Coordinate with other departments to integrate laboratory activities with overall project goals.
