to join our state-of-the-art dental clinic. Our facility offers a full spectrum of dental treatments, including orthodontics, removable prosthetics, fixed restorations, and CAD/CAM digital workflows. As part of our in-house lab team, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-quality, customized dental solutions for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, fabricate, and customize a wide range of dental prosthetics and appliances including:
Crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays
Dentures (complete and partial)
CAD/CAM
Orthodontic appliances and retainers
Soft night guards and bleaching trays
Interpret dental prescriptions and specifications accurately
Operate and maintain dental lab equipment such as:
3D scanners, printers, CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad), milling machines
Model trimmers, polishers, and casting systems
Conduct repairs and adjustments of existing dental restorations as needed
Collaborate closely with dentists and specialists (e.g., orthodontists, prosthodontists) to ensure product quality and precision
Ensure all work meets clinical, aesthetic, and functional requirements
Follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols in the lab
Maintain accurate records of cases, materials used, and production timelines
Requirements:
MOH eligibility
as a Dental Lab Technician (or in the process of obtaining it)
Diploma or degree in Dental Technology or an equivalent field
Minimum 2 years of experience
in a dental lab setting
Proficiency in both traditional and digital lab techniques
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM design and manufacturing
High attention to detail and manual dexterity
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Ability to troubleshoot and deliver quality work under deadlines
Knowledge of the latest materials and lab innovations is an advantage
