Position: Receptionist
Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers (Cluster C, 3 minutes from DMCC Metro Station)

As we open our doors, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and a vital part of our growing team.
Job Overview:
The Receptionist is the face and voice of our clinic. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing outstanding customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via email and social media channels.
  • Appointment Scheduling & Administration:
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic management software.
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage patient reminders and follow-up communications.
  • Insurance & Billing:
  • Process and handle dental insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and explain benefits clearly.
  • Assist patients with understanding treatment costs and payment options.
  • Process payments and manage daily cashiering duties.
  • Patient Relations & Sales:
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients.
  • Generate and convert patient leads through excellent service and proactive communication.
  • Promote the clinic's services and assist in converting inquiries into booked appointments.
  • Clinic Support:
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and presentable.
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies.
Work Schedule:
  • 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (Specific days to be discussed).

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role, preferably in a dental clinic or medical setting.
  • Essential: Experience with dental/medical insurance processing and claims management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in computer skills and experience with clinic management software is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
