Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at La Maison des Sourires in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must be licensed by the DHA and speak fluent French.
No prior experience is required -- we are ready to train you. What matters most is your motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Main Responsibilities:

-Assist the dentist during all dental procedures (e.g., veneers, fillings, extractions)

-Hold suction and instruments during treatments

-Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and rooms between patients

-Prepare the treatment room before each patient (tray setup, materials, tools)

-Mix dental materials and prepare items for veneers and impressions

-Organize and maintain dental supplies and stock

-Ensure infection control protocols and clinic cleanliness are always followed
- Support patient comfort and ensure a professional and calm experience

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in both French and English - speaking, reading, and writing.

Arabic is a plus, but not required.

DHA license is mandatory.

If not experienced, the candidate must be highly motivated, serious, and willing to learn quickly to adapt to the role.

A strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail are essential for this position.
