Supports dentists and specialists during dental procedures, ensures a clean and safe environment, and provides excellent patient care. The role involves assisting with clinical procedures, sterilization, patient preparation, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during all dental procedures (restorative, cosmetic, surgical, etc.)
Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments before each patient.
Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
Take and process dental X-rays as directed by the dentist.
Maintain patient comfort and provide reassurance before, during, and after treatment.
Record treatment information in patient charts accurately.
Manage dental materials and ensure availability of required supplies.
Support reception and administrative tasks when needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting / Nursing.
Valid MOH license or eligibility .
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and infection control standards.
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude.
