The Dental Assistant will play a key role in supporting dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and sterile working environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a comfortable experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain strict infection-control protocols.
Handle and maintain dental equipment and materials according to clinical standards.
Provide chairside assistance and follow proper clinical guidelines throughout procedures.
Document patient information accurately and support administrative dental tasks when needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, postoperative care, and treatment instructions.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in a clinical dental setting.
Valid DHA Dental Assistant License
(mandatory).
Strong skills in dental care, oral hygiene support, and chairside assisting.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and dental instrument handling.
Familiarity with dental equipment maintenance and clinical safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting (required).
