Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our elite team.

As a Dental Assistant at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient operation while supporting our dentists and enhancing the overall patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Greet and prepare patients for their dental appointments, ensuring comfort and reassurance. Assist with dental procedures including cosmetic, restorative, and preventive treatments. Provide chairside assistance to the dentist, including passing instruments, suctioning, and maintaining a sterile field.
Administrative Duties:

Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality using the electronic health record system. Schedule and confirm appointments, handle patient inquiries, and process billing or insurance claims. Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure the operatory is fully stocked and organized.
Clinical Support:

Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment following infection control protocols. Assist with routine laboratory tasks such as impressions or preparation of materials. Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene instructions.
Facility Maintenance:

Uphold the clinic's standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas. Assist with maintaining equipment and reporting any malfunction or maintenance needs.
Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

Diploma or Certificate in Dental Assisting from an accredited institution. Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) or DOH license OR eligibility preferred.
Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a high-end or luxury dental practice. Proficiency in dental software and digital technology.
Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
