About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during procedures, maintain infection control standards, and ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all patients.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside Assistance:

Support dentists during all dental procedures, including preparation of instruments, materials, and equipment.

Patient Care:

Prepare patients for treatment, explain procedures when needed, and ensure comfort throughout their visit.

Sterilization & Infection Control:

Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols according to DHA/MOH standards.

Equipment Management:

Clean, disinfect, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.

Inventory & Supplies:

Monitor stock levels and report or request supplies as necessary.

Documentation:

Update patient records, assist in digital charting, and handle dental imaging when required.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and reception staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

DHA License or Eligibility Letter is mandatory.

Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or related field.

1-2 years of dental assisting experience (UAE experience preferred).

Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization techniques.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
