As we expand, we're looking for a talented individual who can take charge of both production and store management, ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Pastry & Bakery Chef cum Store Manager who will manage production, store operations, team leadership, and customer handling. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about eggless and vegan baking and is eager to lead a team while innovating with new creations.
Production & Creativity
Lead daily production of vegan and eggless doughnuts, cakes, pastries, and other desserts.
Specialize in icing, frosting, fondant art, and creative seasonal designs.
Develop and introduce new flavors, products, and menu enhancements.
Prepare themed bakery items such as donut towers and custom cakes.
Maintain highest quality standards in line with company recipes & guidelines.
Store & Operations Management
Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service.
Oversee cash management, POS operations, and daily closing reports.
Conduct inventory checks, ordering, and stock management, minimizing wastage.
Ensure all items are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.
Handle customer service with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Train, motivate, and manage the store team.
Conduct regular staff training on products, hygiene, and service standards.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports (inventory, wastage, sales, and production).
Use Excel and other tools for reporting, costing, and operational tracking.

Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in vegan & eggless bakery and pastry production.
Strong skills in doughnut baking, icing, frosting, fondant art, and creative designs.
Previous experience in a bakery/cafe setting with customer-facing responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory management, and basic maths for reporting & cash handling.
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of UAE food safety & hygiene standards.
Strong leadership qualities, reliable, and punctual with a problem-solving mindset.
Must be available to join immediately.
