As Demi Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:
- Support the Kitchen operation
- Oversee all food preparation of the Vietnamese Restaurant
- Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
- Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
- Assist in maximising profitability
- Has Diploma / Certification in Culinary or equivalent
- Is passionate, creative and attention to detail
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Must have experience working in either a Vietnamese Restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
- Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Is a self-starter and a teamplayer
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Is willing to work shifts
