- To prepare, create, bake, decorate and present desserts and sweets following the recipes within the cost margins specified by the hotel.
- To prepare and ensure availability of mise en place as required.
- To check that all cooked and pre-cooked foods are properly stored.
- To maintain all working areas safe, clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned.
- To take initiative and ensure that interactions with our customers (internal or external) are positive and productive.
- Showing the capabilities to prepare and create pastries, cookies and other sweets. Both Western and Arabic will be advantages.
- Having proven sustainable working experience in the same of similar position in Pastry section in international chain hotel.
- Having certification in baking and culinary art, and/or education background in hospitality.
- Willing to relocate and live in Fujairah, UAE.
