About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated
Demi Chef de Partie
with experience in
Italian and Western cuisine
to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and cooking high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of Italian and Western dishes
Support the Chef de Partie in managing kitchen operations and food production
Ensure presentation, taste, and portion standards are maintained
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Assist in stock management and minimizing food waste
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Proven
3-5 years
of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
Skilled in Italian and Western cuisine
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness to relocate to the Republic of Nauru for the contract duration
