Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of Indian dishes (North, South, or regional specialties) as per catering requirements. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation. Work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency. Support with bulk cooking and plating for large-scale events. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie. Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed. Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment. Proven experience in Indian cuisine, ideally in a catering or banquet setting.
