Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a
Commis Chef
or Demi CDP.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
High attention to detail and presentation.
Basic understanding of food cost and portion control.
