Job Description

Station management

: Oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring it is set up and well-stocked for service.

Food preparation and cooking

: Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and specifications from senior chefs.

Quality control

: Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard, meets customer expectations, and is consistently presented.

Supervision

: Train, guide, and supervise junior cooks or commis chefs working at the station.

Hygiene and safety

: Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure all food safety and health regulations are followed.

Inventory and ordering

: Monitor stock levels for the station and assist with ordering supplies.

Waste and portion control

: Monitor waste and control portions to maintain profit margins.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
