Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations within your assigned section (grill, sauce, pastry, larder, etc.)
Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to recipes and specifications
Cook and plate dishes to the restaurant's standards of quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or waste to the Chef de Partie
Adhere to all
food safety, hygiene, and sanitation
standards (HACCP compliance)
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries properly
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years' experience
as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Available to join immediately.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
