Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Italian and American dishes such as pasta, risotto, pizza, steaks, and burgers according to restaurant standards.
Support the
Chef de Partie
and
Sous Chef
in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control at all times.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with
HACCP guidelines
.
Assist in stock management, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to reduce waste.
Follow recipes accurately while contributing to efficient kitchen workflow.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
Uphold company policies and ensure professional conduct in the kitchen.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a
Demi Chef de Partie / Commis I
in Italian or American cuisine.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation standards.
Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
