The Role:

Section Assistance Support:

Assist in the management of a specific section within the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standard while supporting the Chef De Partie in the overall operations of the section.

Skill Development Growth:

Work closely with senior chefs to further develop culinary skills and techniques, with a focus on increasing expertise in food preparation, presentation, and cooking methods.

Consistency Quality Control:

Maintain consistency in food preparation, ensuring the standards of quality are met throughout service. Take ownership of specific tasks within your section, ensuring attention to detail in the presentation and taste of each dish.

Operational Efficiency:

Contribute to the efficiency of the kitchen by managing multiple tasks during service, staying organised, and ensuring your section runs smoothly even during peak periods.

Passion Commitment:
