Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Station Management:

Take charge of a specific cooking station in the hot kitchen, ensuring timely and organized food production.

Food Preparation:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu standards, focusing on flavor, presentation, and consistency.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service, especially during peak hours.

Quality Control:

Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Training and Development:

Assist in training and mentoring Commis Chefs, fostering a collaborative and educational kitchen environment.

Qualifications:



Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen, particularly in hot kitchen operations. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients relevant to the hot kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing demands. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
