Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) is responsible for assisting in the preparation, presentation, and service of all cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, and buffet items in accordance with hotel standards. The role ensures consistency, high-quality standards, and proper hygiene practices in the cold kitchen section.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant. Strong knowledge of cold food preparation and presentation. Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

Physical Requirements:



Able to stand for long hours and work in cold environments. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
