We are seeking a

skilled and reliable Chef

to manage the preparation and execution of our menu. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cafe or light-kitchen operations and the ability to maintain high standards in food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Breakfast & Savory Items

Prepare Raqaq bread varieties (cheese, cheese & egg, cheese with Oman chips) Prepare flatbread dishes including: Shakshouka Keema Cheese & honey Avocado & halloumi Labneh with Oman chips Burrata with zaatar Prepare sambousek (chicken, vegetable, and cheese fillings)

Desserts & Baked Items

Khaliya Nahl Cheese Luqaimat Zaatar cake Jebab

Beverages

Prepare cold beverages: hibiscus, date acai, matcha, Vimto, lemon drinks Prepare hot beverages: four varieties of tea, Nescafe, cappuccino

Additional Duties

Ensure

consistent quality, taste, and presentation

Maintain

food safety and hygiene standards

at all times Manage daily kitchen preparation and basic inventory control Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with local regulations Coordinate with management regarding menu execution and improvements

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Chef or Demi Chef

in a cafe, tea house, or light-kitchen concept Experience with

breakfast items, flatbreads, and simple desserts

Basic knowledge of

hot and cold beverage preparation

Ability to work efficiently in a

small, fast-paced kitchen

Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork Previous experience in the UAE is preferred

Preferred Profile

Demi Chef or Junior Chef de Partie

Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with a focused, limited menu
