to join our burger kitchen. The ideal candidate has strong experience in hot kitchen or fast-casual burger operations. You will oversee your station from prep to pass, support menu execution, and ensure top standards of food quality and safety. You will help lead Commis on the line and deliver consistent, fast service.
Duties
Oversee burger-station operations: prep, cooking, assembly, and presentation.
Manage par levels and basic inventory for grill, fryer, buns, sauces, and toppings.
Follow and maintain recipe specs, portion control, and build standards.
Assist with menu updates and limited-time items using seasonal ingredients.
Supervise and train kitchen staff on grill/fryer skills, station setup, and handover.
Maintain HACCP, temperature logs, labeling, FIFO, and cleanliness at all times.
Coordinate with pass/FOH for smooth service during rush and delivery peaks.
Monitor production to keep quality, speed, and consistency on target ticket times.
Prepare and package catering and bulk orders to spec when required.
Support roster and shift coverage to keep adequate staffing at peak hours.
Foster teamwork, clear communication, and a positive, solution-oriented culture.
Experience
Proven experience in a culinary role within fast-casual/QSR or hot kitchen; burger experience preferred.
Strong leadership on the line with experience guiding and supervising junior staff.
Familiarity with basic inventory management and kitchen production systems.
Skilled in menu execution, prep methods, grilling, frying, and assembly.
Experience in restaurant or delivery-kitchen operations is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best kitchen practices.
Clear communication to collaborate with BOH and FOH teams.
