Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items according to company standards.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented consistently and of high quality.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
Support the kitchen team during busy operations.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Assist in receiving and checking deliveries to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel.
Knowledge in Syrian cuisines, cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Arabic nationality is advantageous in this position.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must be available for immediate hiring.
