Job Description

1. ERP / SAP Project Management Configure and support SAP implementation; design, test (UAT) and document processes. Align SAP functionalities with Operations, Finance and Master-Data requirements; ensure cross-domain consistency. Identify inter-dependencies and secure stakeholder alignment (IT integrator, Finance, Go-to-Market, etc.). Develop training materials and deliver end-user trainings; champion change management. Manage Intercompany purchases and regional order flow; ensure data accuracy in SAP once live. Manage relationships with our 3PL partner: monitor SLAs, optimize storage and transport flows, review KPIs. Participate in WMS evolution and implementation projects. Coordinate order fulfillment and drive continuous improvement in service and operations. Coordinate logistics budgets; optimise transport & storage, safety stocks, reorder points. Experience: ? 5 years in Supply Chain/Operations within international environments, including at least one full-cycle SAP deployment (ECC or S/4HANA). Beauty or Luxury experience is a strong plus. Education: Engineering or Business School degree Proven project & change-management expertise; able to manage priorities amid ambiguity and pressure. Advanced analytical abilities; strong command of SAP, Excel & Power BI. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management; true team player. Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, rigorous, and agile; thrives in high-growth, multi-brand settings. Languages: Fluent English required; French an advantage.
