Demand Planning Manager

Job Description
A leading company is actively recruiting a Demand Planning Manager for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead monthly demand forecast for the assigned region ensuring alignment with budget and trend deadlines.
- Translate approved forecasts into production plans.
- Track production performance versus plan, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing targets.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Cross-functional collaboration for integrated business planning.
- Prepare and present monthly business performance reports on forecast accuracy, production output and materials utilization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in market and demand planning within the FMCG/Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel & Power BI skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
