• Lead the process of identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing IT demands based on their strategic importance and potential business impact.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of their processes, needs, and challenges.

• Translate business goals into actionable Digital & IT initiatives and projects.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, leveraging knowledge to properly analyze demand requirements to support Digital & IT enterprise, solution and infrastructure architecture teams to shape innovative solutions to fulfill demands.

• Employ IT Service Management (ITSM) principles to ensure efficient and aligned demand management.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Digital & IT portfolio strategy aligned with the organization\'s long-term vision and business objectives.

• Establish and enforce portfolio governance standards, including project selection criteria, prioritization methodologies, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with senior Digital & IT leaders and business stakeholders to ensure that the IT portfolio aligns with the organization\'s strategic objectives.

• 7-10 years of experience in consulting and/or large organizations.

• Proven experience in IT strategy, demand management, project management, and portfolio management

• Must have IT Demand and Portfolio management experience and at the same time have good understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles.

• Excellent presentation skills, extensive knowledge in MS office suite and project management tools / practices. Candidate who worked for big consulting firms will be ideal for such a role.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred)

• Excellent presentation, verbal, and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Project Management best practices , PMP certification is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of IT service management frameworks, ITIL certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with TOGAF and enterprise architecture concepts is a plus
