Job Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and safe transportation of spare parts and documents while providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strict adherence to traffic regulations, company policies, and quality standards to support business operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

Safely transport spare parts as required, ensuring timely and efficient delivery in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies. Handle the collection and dispatch of mail from the post office efficiently. Provide transportation for employees to the company clinic when required. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention through professional service. Bringing/driving cars when necessary. Collecting &/or sending documents to parties, clients, banks & headquarters, etc. Collecting & dispatching mails from post office. Driving employees to company clinic when necessary. Attending recovery service. Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times. Focus on quality of customer service. Maintain a strong focus on delivering quality customer service at all times. Efficiently manage personal schedules and tasks to optimize productivity and meet deadlines effectively. Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid and up-to-date driver's license with a clean driving record. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow schedules and manage time effectively. At least 3-4 years of professional driving experience. Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.

Pay: AED2,200.00 per month
