to join our team. As a delivery rider, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery of food/orders/packages to customers. You will represent our company, so excellent customer service and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
Ensure food items are handled with care.
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle/bike.
Collect payments when required (Cash/Card on delivery).
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns politely.
Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Valid motorcycle license (2-wheeler license).
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
Previous experience as a delivery rider is an advantage.
Salary AED 2200 with food
