Job Purpose
The Delivery Manager will plan and manage delivery of the OneERP project operationally, including schedule adherence.
- Plan and manage delivery of project operationally, including schedule adherence and assisting in team management.
- Manage the governance structure and processes.
- Understand program scope and drive the roadmap activities to lay out the scope in effective phases, supporting the VP of ERP Transformation in the SI SoW phase development.
- Provide guidance across value streams and work streams, highlighting dependencies.
- Understand and support addressing issues faced by work stream leads.
- Communicate and manage risks across the program.
- Identify and support the escalation and resolution of project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Track project scope in line with agreed work responsibilities and obtain sign-offs for deliverables..
- Maintain alignment between the contract, delivery expectations and throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
- Understand and monitor expectations of VP, ERP Transformation and project stakeholders.
- Ensure Project Sponsors and program stakeholders receive the right information at the right time regarding program performance (Project Dashboard).
- Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated and communicated.
- Ensuring appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project and managing the availability and performance of these consultants.
- People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
You are meant for this job if:
- 5 to 10+ years combined experience in Business Planning/Analysis, Quality, Manufacturing / Product Design Environment, Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations or Business Process Realignments.
- Excellent understanding of business systems/processes and/or ERP systems.
- Proven process improvement, and data analytics skills.
- Ability to understand and demonstrate knowledge of data mining, statistical, and/or data mining methods and tools
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills to lead / manage matrix teams in multiple geographies.
- Ability to travel, to be defined based on overall program plan and timelines.
- Bachelor\'s degree in management science, operations, business analytics, or statistics required; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business analytics or operations management preferred.
- Proven skills as a project manager on multiple full life cycle implementations.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Ability to engage and manage senior-level relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- Willingness to mentor junior staff.
