Job Details
Delivery Leader
Candidate should have working experience of delivering banking domain development projects (including strong delivery background - project/program management, agile, risk management) (Mandatory)
Experience in implementing banking products or development of banking solutions (Preferred)
Managed portfolio of around 500 people and has P&L management experience (Preferred)
Has worked on proactive proposals or response to client RFPs (Preferred)
Need to have strong communications and should have experience managing senior executives - both internal and external (Mandatory)
Technology background - Microservices based solutions, Pega/BPM, Cloud, Banking products such as Finacle, ReactJS/NodeJS, Java (two or more of these)
