We are seeking a motivated and flexible Customer-Facing Driver, also known as a Handler, you will be the front-line representative of our company, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Your role will include customer home check-in and baggage pick-up, storage and drop-off, ensuring timely deliveries, and always maintaining the highest level of professionalism and brand representation. In addition, pending on your language skills we could ask you to answer our Hotline and engage with customers to close orders as an interim.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Collections & Deliveries:
Safely and efficiently collect baggage, secure them, transport them to our warehouse and later deliver to various locations.
Stand-by Duty:
Be on stand-by for all arriving customers, especially to accommodate any flight changes.
Meetings:
Attend all internal and external meetings punctually and be an active participant.
Record-Keeping:
Document all engagements and record baggage data digitally via our BaggageTAXI App.
Traffic Compliance:
Always obey all traffic laws and regulations.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Keep the vehicle clean and in excellent condition to maintain brand standards.
Communication:
Keep team and management informed of your whereabouts and any delays.
Personal Grooming:
Maintain a clean-shaven and comped hair appearance to comply with company policy.
Staff Attire:
Staff attire are full white shirts, black dress pants and black shoes. Branded uniforms parts will be provided such as: Yellow hat, belt and jacket.
Skills & Qualifications:
Valid driver's license.
Obtain a occupational driver permit for passengers.
Excellent driving record.
Excellent time management skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Handle admin tasks, booking, emails/calls, expenses.
Application smartphone knowledge and technical explanation skill.
Strong communication skills in English (+Arabic, +French, +Russian or +Chinese would be nice to have).

Based on your experience our fixed salary starting from 2000 AED+ per month + 1000 AED per month on successful KPI performance.
An additional commissionable component 500 AED+ per month.
30 Calendar days leave & Off on your birthday after graduation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timeliness:
Be 10 minutes early for customer collections & deliveries.
Readiness:
Be on stand-by for 30 minutes for all arriving customers to accommodate any flight changes.
Punctuality for Meetings:
Always be on time for any internal or external meetings, delays are not acceptable and will result in termination.
Documentation:
Note all engagements and meetings with Office365.
Customer Service
: Ensure a +90% Customer Satisfaction rate.
Operations:
must comply to SOP, for example: securing baggage with seals, storage of baggage of one customer as one unit in warehouse, locking van when not attended.
Traffic Law Adherence:
Always obey traffic laws and regulations. Any fines incurred must be paid by the individual driver, fines will be transferred to driver when leaving company.
Vehicle Maintenance:
On-duty - select car, start shift and record odometer reading and check vehicle for readiness, damages and record damages and take pictures as per app. Ensure the vehicle is clean both inside and outside before any customer engagement and secure operations of vehicle, any damages must be reported immediately.
Personal Grooming:
Be clean-shaven. No beards or 3-day stubble is allowed in your role.
Communication:
Inform team/management of any delays. Delays will be evaluated to determine if they were caused by personal or organizational issues.
Staff-Attire
: Full-uniforms, black pants, white shirt, yellow hat, black belt and black shoes.
